Terms of Service

Terms for Relay Console accounts, applications, agents, and Marketplace connections.

Last updated: 11 August 2026

Agreement

These Terms form an agreement between you and Alex Kerss, an individual based in the United Kingdom and the operator of Relay Console. By creating an account, installing an application, or using Relay Console, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Relay Console for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

The service

Relay Console connects user-controlled agent runtimes, model providers, and Marketplace applications. It can synchronize workspaces, route requests, enforce selected capabilities and approvals, and record activity. Beta functions can contain errors, change, or stop. Do not use Relay Console as the only system for urgent, safety-critical, or legally required work.

Your account and authority

You must give accurate account information, protect your credentials and devices, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Connect only accounts, data, agents, and services that you have authority to use. You remain responsible for the people and agents that act through your account and for the permissions that you grant them.

Agent actions and approvals

An agent can read data or act through a connected application within the capabilities that you select. Review requests, outputs, drafts, and approvals before you rely on them. Keep approval controls enabled for messages, publication, payments, destructive changes, permissions, production systems, and actions that affect another person. You remain responsible for actions completed through your accounts.

Google and other connected services

Your use of Google Workspace and another connected service remains subject to that provider's terms, privacy policy, quotas, and account rules. You authorize Relay Console to access and act on connected data only for the capabilities and operations that you approve. You can withdraw this authority by disconnecting the application and by revoking access with the provider.

Do not use Relay Console or its Google API client to violate law, third-party rights, the Google APIs Terms of Service, or a provider's usage limits. Google does not sponsor or endorse Relay Console.

Your content

You keep your rights in content that you submit or connect. You give Relay Console the limited permission needed to host, transmit, transform, and display that content to provide the operation you request, secure the service, and meet legal duties. This permission ends when the applicable data is deleted, subject to redacted security records, legal retention, and backup replacement described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use Relay Console for unauthorized access, credential theft, malware, unlawful surveillance, harassment, fraud, spam, privacy violations, or attempts to bypass security and approval controls.

Third-party services

Google, agent runtimes, model providers, Marketplace providers, infrastructure providers, Apple, and GitHub supply separate services. Relay Console does not control their terms, prices, limits, security, or availability. You are responsible for the accounts and charges that you create with them.

Changes, suspension, and termination

We can change or stop a beta function, or suspend access when needed to protect users, comply with law, address a security issue, or enforce these Terms. You can stop using Relay Console at any time. Disconnect connected applications before account or workspace deletion. The Privacy Policy explains the difference between revoking provider access and deleting data held by Relay Console.

Service availability and warranties

Relay Console is supplied on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free agent output, or continued availability of a third-party service. Rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude remain in force.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Relay Console is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss caused by a third-party service, an agent output, or an action that you authorized. This clause does not limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these Terms

We will update the date on this page and provide notice when a material change affects your rights or use of the service. Continued use after the effective date means that you accept the revised Terms. We will request new consent when the Privacy Policy requires it.
