Data export and deletion

Control the Relay Console data stored on your Mac.

Last updated: 20 July 2026

Export

Use Data and Privacy in Settings to export local Relay Console data. Exports do not contain Keychain secrets.

Delete

Use Prepare for app removal before you delete the app. This removes Relay Console local data and Keychain records.

Runtime and provider data

Relay Console cleanup does not uninstall Hermes Agent or OpenClaw and does not delete data held by a model or Marketplace provider. Use each provider's controls for that data.

Telemetry data

Turn off Anonymous usage statistics, Detailed product analytics, or Crash and error reports in Settings to stop that category. Turning off anonymous statistics clears its pending PostHog queue. Anonymous events received earlier have no stable identifier that Relay Console can use to select one installation for deletion. Turning off a detailed category clears its pseudonymous local identity and pending local queue. This does not delete data that a service received before withdrawal.

To request deletion from PostHog or Sentry, email hello@relayconsole.work. If crash reporting is on, you can first use Create problem reference in Settings and include that safe reference. Do not send messages, credentials, or provider data. Relay Console will confirm the vendor, pseudonymous identifier or reference, time range, and completion status.
